SHIPPING
AND RETURN POLICIES
Lifetime Warranty on the wood frames (excluding
pine) of all reformers, cadillacs/trap tables, and reformer
combinations. Five Year Warranty on ladder barrels, wunda
chairs, combo chairs, and wall units. 1 Year Warranty
on all springs and other mechanical wear parts. You are
responsible for the cost of returning products to us for
warranty adjustment. All returned products must be accompanied
by proof of purchase and a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Call 1-800-5 PILATES (or 1-800-574-5283) to receive an
RMA number. You are responsible for any damage or loss
during shipment back to us. You are responsible for the
cost of return freight to you in the event we decline
to make a warranty adjustment. We do not accept responsibility
for any items returned without an RMA number clearly marked
on the outside of the package. Limitation of Liability
THE FOREGOING IS OUR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND IS IN LIEU
OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TEAGUE PILATES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Teague Pilates Equipment
is designed for the Classic Pilates method. It is recommended
that it be used for the Classic Pilates method of exercise
and that anyone using the equipment be supervised by a
qualified Pilates Teacher. Improper use of the equipment
can cause serious injury. It is the owner’s responsibility
to keep this equipment in safe working condition and to
make sure that anyone using the equipment has been properly
trained to do so. The warranty of this equipment is only
good for the original owner. The owner of this equipment
is responsible for unsupervised use which results in injury
regardless of transferred ownership or equipment location.
Customer Satisfaction Policy Except for equipment and
items identified below, your purchase is protected by
our 30-day money back guarantee. If you wish to return
an item, please contact us within 30 days from the date
of shipment. We will gladly exchange the returned item,
issue a credit, or issue a refund. Shipping and handling
charges on sent and returned items are non-refundable,
and equipment must be returned in its original packaging.
Custom items may not be returned. This includes items
with custom upholstery. Equipment that may not be returned:
reformer combination units, wooden reformers, cadillacs,
(trapeze tables), reformer/cadillacs and cadillac/reformer,
reformer wall unit combinations, wall units, ladder barrels,
wunda chairs, arm chairs and combo chairs. Other items
that may not be returned: springs, loops, fuzzies, footstraps,
ankle velcro straps, extension straps, mats, handles,
pads, nylon handles, leather handles, foam rollers. Shipping
Crated equipment sent via freight companies; most large
equipment, such as classic reformers, cadillacs, and reformer
combos, are packed in crates and shipped via a freight
company. Chairs are shipped in cartons. Customer has the
option of obtaining their own shipping company for delivery
of their items. Pick up must be done at the manufacturing
company 4820 Adohr Lane, Suites R and S Camarillo, CA
93012. If this option is exercised the pick up must be
within 3 days from the date Customer is notified that
their order is completed. Storage fees of $15 per day
per crated item will be charged if not picked up within
the allotted time. This fee must be paid prior to pick
up. All orders come curbside delivery unless otherwise
requested. Any deliveries taken indoors must be arranged
with the shipping company and there will be an extra charge.
With both delivery services, you are responsible for setting
up your equipment. Uncrating and assembling it.
IMPORTANT: Curbside delivery of your equipment
will be delivered to the outside of the building. You
are then responsible for uncrating your equipment, bringing
it inside, and disposing of the crate. Cartoned products
sent via UPS normally arrive within 5-7 business days
in the continental United States. International and overseas
shipments; Please contact us for details. When your equipment
is delivered make sure to inspect your crate and equipment
for any damage.When your equipment is delivered make sure

In the event of damaged crate or equipment please note
it on the delivery ticket and have the driver initial
the acknowledgement of the damage. Please call Teague
